         At Avenue, leaders are developed through career path programs like Avenue Advantage Certification Program. This Advantage Program includes various stages. Every candidate is given following Steps of training in all the major aspects of management to develop themselves in corporate world. Step wise Cycle of Development is as follows.

1. Business Associate

              Business Associate is the First level of Advantage Program. At this level candidate has to undergo training in sales and marketing. Candidate is required to attend corporate meetings, commercial meetings etc. At this level interpersonal skills are developed with the help of mentor. This level is basically to teach customer interaction and customer acquisition. This helps candidates to develop skills like good communication, negotiation, street smartness, public speaking skills etc.

2. HRD Trainer

          As a HRD Trainer responsibilities are to train,develop and retain people in the organisation. The candidate's profile will be more inclined towards People Handling, Problem Solving, compensation Management, Organisation Structure Management, Employee Engagement.etc.

3. Crew Leader

           At this level candidate is expected to build a team and motivate them throughout the procedure. As a crew leader there will be certain responsibilities like sales management, territory management, impact sessions, goal setting etc.

4. Asst. Business Head

           As an Assistant Business Head candidate has to conduct interviews, handle office administration, having strategies and planning for the better growth of organisation and people of organisation. Candidate will get to learn Crisis Management, Territory Management, Multitasking etc.

5. Business Head

         At this level candidate works independently in a team to start a new venture of the organisation, This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate to be an entrepreneur. This level includes the responsibilities like understanding recruitment, finance, administration and customer service strategies.
