Being a B.Tech graduate in Food Technology, and working as a Q&A manager at Parle-Agro, he soon realized the market scenario and wanted to shift jobs as to what to do next, but he was clueless. That is when he received a life changing email in his inbox inviting him for an entrepreneurship development program  which he was keen to do.

   

    Coming from the government family background, he was highly ambitious towards his life goals. His initial motive to join this company was just for the certification program and experience in management field which would enhance his resume and value in the market. But gradually, as went by with the company, his ideas, vision and goals became bigger and brighter. It was same as the sun rising on the horizon when his life was on a dark night, glittering his path to a successful entrepreneur future. 

       

       The journey from a Business Associate to a Business Head was tough, yes, but sheer hard work, optimism and patience kept him going ahead. Also certain early responsibilities did not let him slack on his way as well.

       

      But, the major turning point that made him to grow to the position of a Business Head was his decision to shift for business expansion to Bangalore from Pune.
